Renter’s Insurance
All residents are required to maintain renter’s insurance coverage. Residents will be automatically enrolled in the Community’s Renter’s Insurance Program for $20 per month unless proof of their own qualifying renter’s insurance policy is provided and verified.
To opt out of the $20 monthly renter’s insurance charge, residents must upload their insurance declaration page through the resident portal before the next billing period or prior to move in. Once the charge has been added to a resident account, it cannot be removed or credited back.
