Great Place But Hard To Sleep
WestGate is a good place to stay and good price for rent, The only problem I have is I work rotating shift and the Woman who lives above makes all kinds of noise and it constantly wakes me up especially at night,but the toy she uses must be good if she is shaking the whole entire ceiling shakes and the noise so loud it wakes me up and stays that way fro at least 30 to 45 minutes and as I said before this goes on 4 to 5 times everyday.
Tour with a Goddess
Today I accompanied my younger brother while taking a tour of a couple 2 bdrm apartments. The apartments are very well taken care of (grounds, maintenance, currently newly renovated). Courteousy staff on sight at entrance gate. Very secure and safe feeling environment. Great great price point for the apartment plus amenities. If you’re considering touring don’t over think it give it a try. No I’m not a sales representative for WESTGATE. I really enjoyed the tour. We met with Jasmine, although she’s only been with the company for a month she was very very knowledgeable and her beauty matched that. She’s very professional, courteous, passionate about making sure comfort is given to potential future residence. I (like most others)base my opinion about an organization off how employees/employee representing that company treat me. If all staff are like Jasmine I highly highly recommend you (the person reading this) to stop by and check them out. You won’t be disappointed.
A place to call home
My daughter and I went on a venture looking for different apartments. When we walked into our apartment Kelly is a witness to how fast we fell in love with it, I definitely feel like I was home. I thought that I would shake this feeling after a while but every time I walk through the doors I feel more and more like home the more I add. The staff is super friendly and they welcomed me my dog and daughter with open arms as in if they’ve known as forever.
Not awful
Everyone is super friendly and we have made friends with every one of the gatehouse workers and maintenance workers. However, the noise is terrible. Our upstairs neighbors are so obnoxious that we have to have the t.v. going at night to overpower them just so that we can get some sleep. And our neighbors across the hall are so loud that they can’t even hear us knocking on their door to tell them to shut up. There are always people outside having bonfires and doing unnecessary crap every Sunday and Monday night when we are trying to sleep. It’s always right outside our window. And we constantly have issues with bugs. We have tried to resolve these issues, and Westgate has tried to help, but it has never gotten better unfortunately. However, it is nice that we can have our cat there and we always feel safe with 24 7 emergency and maintenance

I don’t have any reports for your apartment concerning noise or bugs issues so I will give you a call to get the specifics so we can get this taken care of ASAP! Our gatehouse is available 24/7 to address any noise complaints and Orkin Pest Control is here every week for preventative pest control. I apologize if this was not explained to you when you moved in. We continually try to do our very best for all of our residents, but unfortunately, sometimes we do fall short.
