Pretty nice apartment
The staff has always been really friendly here. When we put in a maintenance request they always check out the problem really quick. I love having a laundry mat on site. It saves me time having to go elsewhere and I trust leaving my laundry there for a bit compared to other places. I can’t wait to use the grill outside our apartment and the pool. There is a nice amount of space in our apartment as well. Parking for our building can be hard to get so many times we have to park out of the way just to get a spot.The people above us get really loud at odd hours of the day which can be frustrating but not all neighbors are like that. My only other complaint is that the hall constantly smells like whatever one apartment is cooking. I’m pretty sure it’s the same apartment because it always smells similar.

Hi Dominique, We appreciate your comments about the on-site Laundry and Westgate’s staff. I will pass along your kudos to the staff and maintenance!! As for the parking, we are running high in occupancy so the parking is a bit full. We did just do some concrete improvement work and we were able to add a few more parking spaces to the middle parking lot. Parking in the lot behind U building might be a good option for you also. They usually have a lot of open spaces. We will be transferring the residents above you to a 1st floor apartment as soon as one is available as they do not want to disturb anyone. i like living here. the atmosphere is nice.
It has nice people and is in general a nice place to live.

A great place to get started
Westgate was the first apartment complex I moved into when I first moved out on my own. It has been a great place for me, and my roommate to have started out in. The staff is very friendly, and they always do well responding to any requests. The apartments are a great size, and are well cleaned when you first move in. If you’re looking for a place that’s nice and won’t break the bank, Westgate is great for that

I like living at Westgate
Maintenance responds quickly to requests. The pool near my apartment is well maintained during the swimming season. I’ve met some good people here and a couple of neighbors have become friends. Bus service is nearby. I use it often. I feel comfortable here.
